The shrink-wrapped water bundle palletizing and stretch wrapping line consists of a pallet dispenser, an accumulation conveyor, a palletizing robot, a slip sheet dispenser, and an online stretch wrapping machine. This line is commonly used for palletizing products such as mineral water, beverages, beer, and bottled seasonings. Given the high output efficiency of upstream filling equipment, a KUKA high-payload robot is adopted for the palletizing task. Equipped with a composite end-of-arm tool, the robot is capable of picking an entire row of products in one cycle as well as picking slip sheets simultaneously. This design occupies a small footprint and offers low operational costs.
Depending on the required palletizing speed, users can select different types of stretch wrappers. A standard online stretch wrapper can handle approximately 25 pallets per hour, while a rotary arm stretch wrapper can achieve 30 to 35 pallets per hour. For even higher efficiency, a high-speed rotary arm stretch wrapper is available.
