This line is specifically designed for the case packing and packaging of corrosive bottled chemical raw materials. The complete line consists of a high-speed hot melt adhesive case erector, a servo-driven horizontal-motion case packer, a hot melt adhesive case sealer, and conveyors. All equipment on the line is made of 304 stainless steel, offering excellent durability and corrosion resistance. With hot melt adhesive case erecting and sealing, the sealing result is strong and reliable. The horizontal-motion case packer features a dual-gripper design, allowing two cases to be packed simultaneously, achieving a speed of 12 to 15 cases per minute.

This line is specifically designed for automatic palletizing of daily chemical products such as detergents. Taking into consideration the customer's required throughput and available floor space, the line adopts a configuration where two palletizing lines share one pallet dispenser. Additionally, the empty pallet conveyor and the case infeed line are designed in a double-layer configuration, which not only reduces costs but also minimizes the equipment footprint.
