The top-and-bottom cover carton generally involves two steps in the packaging process. First, fold the upper cover into a carton and seal the top. This work is basically completed manually or through the cooperation of manual labor and machines. Second, place the folded upper cover onto the machine, which is also done manually. From this, it can be seen that both steps cannot be automated and can only be operated manually. The only part that can achieve semi-automation is the process of folding the upper cover, which can be completed by a semi-automatic carton opening and bottom sealing machine. Many customers question whether the empty carton cover can be first set on the carton and then sealed by a folding cover case sealer. Theoretically, it can be achieved, but in actual operation, the upper cover of the carton will flip up with the force of covering during the sealing process, resulting in sealing failure. This is the process of sealing top-and-bottom cover cartons. If you have more or better suggestions, please feel free to contact us for communication and negotiation.
