Product Description

  1. Specialized Solid-Liquid Mixed Filling System
    Adopts specially designed synchronous/sequential solid-liquid filling technology. Based on product characteristics,可以选择 solid-first, liquid-first, or simultaneous filling modes, ensuring consistent solid-liquid ratio per bottle.

  2. Large-Diameter Anti-Clogging Nozzles
    Enlarged nozzle diameter design (Φ20~50mm), combined with pneumatic cut-off or rotary valve structure, effectively prevents material clogging, suitable for filling materials containing particles, chunks, and shredded forms.

  3. Hopper Agitating Device
    Equipped with slow-speed dual-spiral or scraper-type agitation system, continuously stirring materials in the hopper to prevent solid-liquid separation and material bridging, ensuring consistent filling material throughout production.

  4. Optional Dual-Weighing Metering System (High-End)
    Solids and liquids are weighed independently, with total weight error controlled within ±1%~2%. Solid-liquid ratio is precisely controllable, especially suitable for export and high-value-added products.

  5. Volumetric Metering System (Standard)
    Uses measuring cup/turntable volumetric metering. Simple structure, easy maintenance, and high speed. Suitable for ordinary pickled products with less stringent accuracy requirements, accuracy up to ±3%~5%.

  6. PLC Touchscreen Intelligent Control
    Standard HMI, supports multiple recipe storage. Filling volume, speed, agitation speed, and other parameters can be digitally set for one-touch product changeover.

  7. All-Stainless Steel Construction
    All material-contact parts are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, compliant with food hygiene standards, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.

  8. Optional Automatic Broth Replenishment System
    Equipped with liquid level automatic control device for the broth, ensuring constant solid-liquid ratio in the hopper and reducing fluctuations caused by manual replenishment.
