Automatic Bag Feeding System
Adopts robotic arm or suction cup type automatic bag picking and opening device, suitable for various pre-made pouch specifications (stand-up pouches, flat pouches, zipper pouches, four-side seal pouches, etc.). No manual intervention required, significantly reducing labor costs.
Multiple Metering Methods Available
Measuring Cup Volumetric: Simple structure, high speed, cost-effective, suitable for regular granules with good flowability, accuracy ±2%~3%.
Electronic Combination Scale: High-precision weighing, suitable for irregular or high-value materials, accuracy ±1%~2%.
Linear Scale: For large packaging and high-dose granular materials, accuracy ±1%~2%.
Users can flexibly choose based on material characteristics and accuracy requirements.
Automatic Sealing System
Equipped with heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing device, providing attractive and secure seals. Optional gas evacuation or nitrogen filling function to extend product shelf life.
Anti-Pinch Sealing Design
