The Vertical Granule Filling Machine is a vertical packaging device integrating automatic metering and filling. Vertical Bag Forming System
Adopts vertical film bag forming structure, automatically completing bag forming, bottom sealing, filling, and sealing. No pre-made pouches required, reducing packaging material costs, suitable for high-volume continuous production.

Measuring Cup Volumetric: Simple structure, high speed, cost-effective, suitable for regular granules with good flowability, accuracy ±2%~3%.

High-Precision Filling

Automatic Sealing System
Equipped with heat sealing device, completing bottom seal, back seal, and top seal with attractive and secure seals. Optional gas evacuation or nitrogen filling function to extend product shelf life.
Anti-Pinch Sealing Design

PLC Touchscreen Intelligent Control

Detection and Rejection System (Optional)
