The Cold Stretch Hooding Machine (also known as a Cold Stretch Bagger or Pallet Hooding Machine) is different from heat shrink wrapping machines. A mechanical arm then stretches the film horizontally and covers it from top to bottom over the load. The film then recoils tightly around the load using its own elastic recovery properties, with no heat application required.
