This line is a heavy-duty palletizing, strapping, and wrapping packaging line specially designed for military ammunition products. It is intended to achieve automated packaging processes such as palletizing, pallet strapping, and inline wrapping for ammunition and other military products, so as to provide waterproofing, moisture protection, and convenient transportation.
The line generally selects a palletizing robot with the appropriate load capacity based on the user's product weight, and selects the corresponding gripper based on the characteristics of the packing cases. It is also equipped with a pallet cross strapping machine and a rotary arm wrapping machine of suitable dimensions, ensuring smooth operation of the entire line, high work efficiency, and excellent packaging results.
