Robot layer-by-layer palletizing is the highest-speed model among robotic palletizing machines. Through the upstream automatic collating equipment, the machine arranges the cartons into the required pattern in advance. Then, by means of a heavy-duty robot, an entire layer of products is directly picked up onto the pallet in one go, achieving full-layer palletizing by the robot.
The reason this line achieves relatively high palletizing efficiency is mainly due to the high-speed collating mechanism at the front end, also known as the layer-forming table. This part is basically identical to the front end of a low-level palletizer, except that a robot is used to replace the low-level palletizer section, thereby achieving a smaller footprint and a more intelligent workshop effect.
