The pallet collecting and dispensing pallet packaging line is an automated packaging line specially customized for a customer for pallet cleaning, collecting, and automatic wrapping. In this line, the pallet dispenser first dispenses the pallets one by one. After they reach the designated position, workers manually remove the pallets for cleaning. Once cleaning is completed, workers manually place them back onto the second-level conveyor, which transports them to the pallet collector. The pallet collector then collects the cleaned pallets again.
When the pallet collector has collected 10 pallets, it conveys them to the inline wrapping machine for film wrapping and securing, thereby completing the entire process of pallet cleaning and collection.
