The high-level palletizer is one of the most automated and fastest automatic palletizing machines. It adopts a full-layer palletizing method, which is similar in structure to a low-level palletizer. The difference, however, is that the high-level palletizer uses a pallet lifting method to receive goods, thereby reducing the time required for the palletizer body to rise and descend, greatly improving palletizing speed. The machine comes standard with a pallet dispenser and an inclined belt conveyor, which lift the products to the highest point of palletizing. Mechanical or robotic methods are then used to arrange the products in advance into the pattern required for palletizing, truly improving palletizing efficiency at every step. Therefore, this line has relatively large floor space requirements, and users should choose it according to the actual conditions of their site.
