Robot palletizing line for daily chemical product is composed of an automatic positioning and grabbing system, an ABB robot system, a stacking system, an automatic top film wrapping system, and an automatic conveying system. The front section of the line is composed of automatic canning and carton erecter & sealer etc. for daily chemical bottled products, and the back end is connected to the robot palletizing line to form an automated production line.
This palletizing line is compatible with a total of 11 carton sizes and 15 different palletizing types. It can grab 2 boxes at a time and can grab 7 times a minute, fully meeting the efficient needs of users.
