The automatic carton erector uses pneumatic control and a forming die to automatically fold a flat paperboard blank into a box. It can automatically lock both side flaps, allowing the paperboard to form a box without the need for tape or hot melt adhesive. Servo control offers simple operation and easy adjustment. The magazine features frequency control for adjustable feeding speed, ensuring timely supply. A built-in 15-liter air receiver tank ensures stable operation. The machine is suitable for crash-lock cartons, two-piece/telescopic boxes, auto-lock bottom cartons, and glue-type cartons. The automatic carton erector differs from a case erector: it is designed for solid bleached paperboard and is not suitable for corrugated cartons.
