The primary function of this production line is to box and palletize karting and racing tires. Its standout feature is the ability to handle mixed production across 8 production lines with 4 different carton sizes simultaneously. To address the client's practical needs, Aixun has adopted a structure combining robots, powered bins, and an adaptive bottom folding and sealing machine. Through signal interaction, it determines which carton type to pick and open, then uses signal recognition to transport the cartons to the designated boxing station. Additionally, the line is equipped with real-time labeling and online printing capabilities, which determine the label content to be printed on cartons via real-time communication with the host computer.
Regarding the palletizing section, the client has unique requirements. In addition to the standard carton placement, the client also requires one type of carton to be placed upright on the pallet. Therefore, at the front end of the gripping line, Aixun designed a carton flipping device to meet the user's special palletizing needs.
