This line is mainly used for packing and palletizing seasoning bottles such as chili powder, pepper powder, and sea salt black pepper. The line consists of an unboxing machine, a boxing machine, a sealing machine, a stacking machine, a robot palletizing machine, an online winding machine, and a power conveyor. This project can stack both cardboard boxes and paper pallets simultaneously. Paper pallets that do not require sealing can be directly passed through the interior of the sealing machine. The bottom support gripper design is compatible with both types of products for stacking, and the stacking type can be freely edited.
The entire line is controlled by Siemens PLC, and each individual product has an independent PLC system that can be used independently or communicate with other equipment, achieving unmanned production line operation. The double claw design of the packing machine can meet customers' efficient packing requirements, with a speed of up to 12 boxes per minute.
