The gantry low-level case palletizing line consists of a case aligning line, a low-level palletizer, an automatic pallet dispenser, an online stretch wrapper, and a pallet conveyor. This line is specifically designed for full-layer case palletizing. Based on the pallet pattern pre-programmed by the user, the line arranges the cases into the required stacking pattern in advance. With a case handling speed of up to 33 cases per minute, this line is significantly more efficient than conventional robotic palletizing. When combined with automatic pallet dispensing and an online stretch wrapper, the line achieves fully unmanned case and pallet packaging, offering a high degree of automation and low operating costs.
