The fully automatic servo-driven case sealing and palletizing line utilizes servo motors as the main drive mechanism. For mixed production scenarios involving different carton sizes, users can pre-program all carton specifications into the case sealer. Through communication between the上位机 (host computer) and the case sealer, one-click changeover between different carton sizes is achieved, and I-style sealing and H-style sealing can be switched and selected arbitrarily. At the end of the line, a labeling unit and a transfer mechanism are installed. Using photoelectric sensors, different cartons are identified and palletized onto different pallets accordingly. The line is equipped with an imported collaborative robot featuring an adjustable lifting column, fully accommodating various stacking heights and pallet patterns. This solution offers enhanced stability, a small footprint, and low operating costs.
