The corn seed packaging line is a typical automated packaging line. This line consists of a hot melt adhesive case erector, an automatic case packer, a hot melt adhesive case sealer, a checkweigher with reject mechanism, a labeling machine, and powered conveyors. Additionally, according to customer requirements, an automatic pad placing station has been added at the case packing position, making the entire packaging process smarter and smoother.
This line merges two separate packaging lines together, sharing one case erector and one case sealer, which not only saves floor space but also reduces costs. At the end of the line, online case strapping equipment and palletizing equipment can also be optionally configured to achieve fully automated packaging for both cases and pallets across the entire line.
