As the name suggests, the crosstie pallet strapping machine is a fully automatic pallet strapping machine capable of automatically placing crossties (sleepers). This machine mainly consists of a crosstie magazine, an automatic feeding mechanism, a fully automatic pallet strapping machine, and a pallet conveyor. It can perform online strapping of products without pallets, such as plywood, gypsum boards, lumber, steel materials, and various types of pipes/tubes.
Depending on the product type, either PP strap or PET strap can be selected for strapping. The machine is powered primarily by servo motors, ensuring stable operation and precise strap positioning. The pallet-free design significantly reduces production costs for customers, making it a highly advanced pallet strapping solution in the field of automated packaging.
