The corrugated board strapping and wrapping line is an automated packaging line specifically designed for the corrugated board industry. In view of the bulky yet relatively uniform specifications of corrugated board, this line is equipped with a compressive through-type strapping machine, which applies pressure to the corrugated board before strapping. This results in tighter strapping and reduces logistics and transportation volume. Furthermore, due to the high efficiency requirements and relatively uniform specifications of the corrugated board industry, Aixun has equipped the line with a dual through-type strapping mechanism, allowing two straps to be applied simultaneously, thereby doubling the strapping efficiency.
The inclusion of a fully automatic online stretch wrapping machine provides excellent moisture protection for the corrugated board. At the very end of the line, a gravity-powered floor lowering mechanism is installed, which effectively lowers the pallet from a height of 450 mm to ground level, eliminating the need for a separate pallet lowerer and significantly reducing costs for the customer.
