Taking into consideration the customer's required throughput and available floor space, the line adopts a configuration where two palletizing lines share one pallet dispenser. Additionally, the empty pallet conveyor and the case infeed line are designed in a double-layer configuration, which not only reduces costs but also minimizes the equipment footprint.
A fully automatic online pallet stretch wrapper is installed at the end of the line, which secures the products while providing protection against moisture and humidity. Whether for warehouse storage or transportation, it offers excellent protective performance.
