The carton case packing and palletizing line is a very typical line in the packaging industry. However, due to different case packing and palletizing methods, this line can be configured in various layouts. For carton-type products, the commonly used case packing methods are flip side-push packing and horizontal-motion packing. When the top flaps of the cartons are not completely sealed or fixed, the flip side-push packing method is required. The most notable feature of this method is that the machine automatically arranges the cartons into the required packing pattern. The rows, columns, and layers are pre-stacked before being pushed into the case in a single motion, effectively solving the problems of carton scattering and disordered packing.
After case packing is completed, a palletizing robot can be integrated to carry out the case palletizing process. For the palletizing section, options include industrial robots, collaborative robots, or single-column palletizers. The specific choice depends on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as product weight, palletizing speed, and palletizing height required by the user.
