The carton case packing and palletizing line is a very typical line in the packaging industry. When the top flaps of the cartons are not completely sealed or fixed, the flip side-push packing method is required. The rows, columns, and layers are pre-stacked before being pushed into the case in a single motion, effectively solving the problems of carton scattering and disordered packing.
After case packing is completed, a palletizing robot can be integrated to carry out the case palletizing process. For the palletizing section, options include industrial robots, collaborative robots, or single-column palletizers. The specific choice depends on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as product weight, palletizing speed, and palletizing height required by the user.
