This line is specifically designed for the case packing and packaging of corrosive bottled chemical raw materials. The complete line consists of a high-speed hot melt adhesive case erector, a servo-driven horizontal-motion case packer, a hot melt adhesive case sealer, and conveyors. All equipment on the line is made of 304 stainless steel, offering excellent durability and corrosion resistance. With hot melt adhesive case erecting and sealing, the sealing result is strong and reliable. The horizontal-motion case packer features a dual-gripper design, allowing two cases to be packed simultaneously, achieving a speed of 12 to 15 cases per minute.
This combination and design are also suitable for other industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and military/defense applications.
