Pallet wrapping machine is a single-use wrap-around packaging machine for the wrapping process around the pallet goods. While achieving automatic packaging, it is inevitable that there will be special need to manually complete a certain step or maintenance maintenance requires a separate step-by-step operation, when the manual function is used. Specific operations are as follows:
1. Drop the film frame to the bottom, put the goods on top of the chassis, put the film roll on the roll seat, put on the film according to the way of wearing film, then, start the turntable motor to make the turntable rotate, then the film will be wound at the bottom of the goods, when the number of winding turns reaches the degree you need, press the film frame up button to make the film frame rise to the required position (photoelectric height measurement is effective); press the film frame down button to make the film frame fall to the bottom. Repeat the above process to finish wrapping, press stop to finish.
2. Automatic operation
Make the machine in the initial state, put on the goods, put on the film, choose the number of up and down turns, up and down times, over the top time, press the automatic start button, the whole process will be completed automatically.
3. Brief description of automatic process;
The pallet winder is in the initial position, fix the film on the turntable or the goods, press the automatic operation button, the turntable starts to accelerate to the highest speed, the film is automatically output with the turntable operation, at the same time the turntable counts, when it reaches the bottom set value the film frame starts to rise. When the film frame goes up to the point that the photoelectric switch cannot irradiate the goods, the film frame will stop rising after a set time delay, and the up and down times will be counted once, the turntable will continue to run and the turntable will count, and when the set number of top laps is reached, the film frame will drop, and when it goes down to the bottom, the film frame will stop, and the up and down times will be counted once more, and the bottom laps will start to be counted. And so on until the number of up and down reaches the set value, the packaging process is completed. The turntable descends slowly and stops at the initial detection point.
